TwoBones tape does not use any glue. When you tape it to itself it grips securely but can be repositioned if required.

TwoBones tape is elastic and can be set as tight as you like it. If you want a more secure feel then stretch the tape a little more.

Wrap tape around your shin pads. After the game remove it and dispose of safely in a bin.
